Successful candidates are intellectually fast on their feet, bursting with ideas, but also ready to learn and adopt our clients’ unique tone and voice in each of their creations. In our fast-paced world, objectives and goals can change at a dizzying pace so if that isn’t your style, this might not be the right fit. You must absorb information quickly, adopt that perspective, and then develop strategies for growth in rapid succession over and over again.
This person is someone who takes pride in the content they create but also has a mature understanding of the flexibility required in the creative process. Each piece of content we create has a specific, strategic goal to make our clients successful. Being able to create great content is as important as being a great listener to the needs and voice of our clients.
Communication is paramount so you will be required to confidently articulate your direction and ideations with key client stakeholders. Your original writing style is an important part of your role here, but those that leave their personal feelings and views at the door so they can focus solely on providing the best possible product will thrive in our workspace. Co-creation and constructive criticism are the name of the game.
Well-qualified applicants will have a history of working with B2B brands in dreaming up creative and effective content strategies and cutting edge deliverables, managing and growing social media accounts through a mixture of organic and paid social media campaigns, crafting email copy, press releases, blogs, and articles, developing strategies and tactics for lead generation, and an intermediate understanding of SEO best practices.
This person is able to conceive, visualize, write, edit, and successively improve many different content strategies, plans, and assets for a wide variety of clients, across an indeterminate number of industries, and at a quick pace - while never sacrificing quality.
